Reservation Policy

By making a reservation online or over the phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must email us and inform us by 6PM the Friday before your scheduled class date.

- Your credit card will be charged the day of the class, even if you do not show up (unless you emailed us a cancellation).

- If you do not show up for the intial reservation, you have the ability to reschedule your class once to another date.

- If you do not show up for the rescheduled class, no refund will be given.
